In addition to the unified VoIP solutions, SIPLEX also provides professional IT Consultancy/Support and Software Development services to customers.

For customers who require IT support, SIPLEX offers what is called a "Total IT Care" support contract. It covers all hardware & software components, new installations and trainings in your company. All support calls and jobs are logged in an itemised report and billed to you every quarter. Once signed up, you will have the reassurance of being able to call on us to fix any IT system/network problems quickly and efficiently.

IT support jobs are done either via remote access or a site visit. Response time of a site visit varies between 2 to 6 hours depending on the distance from our office. Each job is charged either at a fixed price or on a pay-as-you-go basis chosen by you.

More and more businesses have started offering their staff the opportunities to work from home if needed. Because of this, our Total IT Care service has now been expanded to both home and business customers.

In terms of offering value added software to customers, SIPLEX engineers not only specialise in building applications for the unified VoIP platform but also are expertise in writing general purpose software using Microsoft .NET framework and other open standards.

Working closely with customers SIPLEX has developed a full vertical application for the property investment market including customer management, property acquisitions, refurbishments, lettings and management, and accounts integration. This framework can also be applied to other vertical markets such as legal and insurance services.
